These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with InkVision (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
InkVision is a UK-based personalised gifts business specialising in customised photo products, engraving, apparel, phone cases, accessories, digital products, and corporate gifting.

2. Ordering & Personalisation
2.1 Many of our products are made to order and personalised based on information, text, images, or designs provided by you.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring:
Spelling, names, dates, and wording are correct
Images are of suitable quality and resolution
Uploaded content does not infringe copyright or third-party rights
2.3 Once an order has entered production, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
2.4 Preview images (where shown) are for guidance only. Final colours, positioning, and scale may vary slightly due to printing and material differences.
3. Proofing & Errors
3.1 We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or incorrect image uploads.
3.2 If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before production begins.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1 All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, prices will not change once an order has been confirmed.
5. Production & Dispatch
5.1 Production times vary by product and are displayed on each product page.
5.2 Same Day Dispatch applies only to selected products and orders placed before the stated cut-off time on working days.
5.3 Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date of order.
6.2 Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
6.3 You must ensure delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
7. Returns & Refunds (Important)
7.1 Personalised and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7.2 This includes:
Photo products
Engraved items
Custom apparel
Phone cases with uploaded images or text
Corporate and bulk personalised orders
7.3 Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
7.4 Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
8.1 If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.
8.2 We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer:
A replacement, or
A refund at our discretion
8.3 Wear and tear, misuse, or customer-caused damage is not considered a fault.
9. Digital Products
9.1 Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
9.2 You may use digital products for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
9.3 Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
10. Corporate & Bulk Orders
10.1 Corporate orders may be subject to:
Minimum order quantities
Extended production times
Separate pricing agreements
10.2 Once approved and in production, corporate orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All website content, designs, images, and branding remain the property of InkVision.
11.2 You grant InkVision permission to use uploaded images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
11.3 We may use anonymised product images for marketing unless you request otherwise.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
12.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
13.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.2 Uploaded images and personalisation data are used only to fulfil your order and are not shared with third parties except where necessary for delivery.
14. Changes to These Terms
14.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
14.2 Changes will not affect orders already placed.
15. Governing Law
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law.
15.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
