However, if there is a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for Photo Slates and Tumblers placed before 1:00 PM are typically prepared and shipped the very same day.

Custom Engraving: Because our Engraved Pens and specialized metal gifts require precision setup and laser time, please allow 3 to 5 working days for these to be crafted before they are dispatched.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both "Same-Day" and "Engraved" items, they will all ship together once the engraving is complete.
