Returns & Refunds Policy

At InkVision, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Because many of our items are personalized specifically for you, our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.

1. Personalized & Engraved Items

In accordance with UK Consumer Law, items that have been personalized, bespoke-made, or laser-engraved cannot be returned or refunded for "change of mind."

  • This includes all items from The Pen Gallery, custom-engraved tumblers, and any product featuring a custom name, date, or logo.

  • Please double-check all spelling and design choices before confirming your order. We engrave exactly what is provided.

2. Non-Personalized Items

For any "off-the-shelf" items (non-engraved), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a broken photo slate) or if we have made an error in the engraving:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@inkvision.co.uk].

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the error.

  • We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping costs.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return for a non-personalized or faulty item, please contact us at [support@inkvision.co.uk]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
