Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing InkVision. We aim to get your personalized gifts to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing & Production Times
Because we handle both ready-to-ship and custom-made items, processing times vary:

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for Photo Slates and Tumblers placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.

Custom Engraved Items: Our Personalized Pens and metal gifts require precision laser setup. Please allow 3–5 working days for these items to be crafted before they are shipped.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both same-day and custom engraved items, the entire order will ship together once the engraving is complete.
2. UK Shipping Options & Rates
We use Royal Mail and DPD for our deliveries to ensure your items are tracked and secure.
Note: Delivery times apply after the production/processing period mentioned above.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your journey directly via the Royal Mail or DPD websites.
4. Correct Address Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. As a personalization business, we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
5. Damaged in Transit
We package our fragile items (like photo slates) with extra care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [support@inkvision.co.uk] within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a replacement.
