2. Personalised & Custom-Made Goods
The majority of products sold by InkVision (including engraved tumblers, wallets, and bracelets) are made to your specific requirements.

Exclusion from Cancellation Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

Customer Error: We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the ordering process (e.g., spelling mistakes, poor quality image uploads, or incorrect size selection). Please double-check your personalisation details before submitting.
3. Pricing & Transparency (DMCCA 2024 Compliant)

No Drip Pricing: The price you see on the product page is the total price for the item. Any mandatory fees (such as standard delivery) will be clearly disclosed at the earliest possible stage.

Taxes: All prices are shown inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate.

Payment Surcharges: We do not charge additional fees for using specific payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit Cards.
4. Product Descriptions & Quality

Accuracy: We take every care to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate. However, as items are hand-finished/engraved, minor variations in the finish or alignment are to be expected and are not considered defects.

Material Integrity: For 18k gold-plated items, "Gold" refers to the surface plating. These items are not solid gold. For PU leather items, these are high-quality vegan alternatives and do not contain animal hide.
5. Delivery & Risk

Production Time: Personalisation takes time. Our current lead time is 3-5 working days before dispatch.

Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
6. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

Faulty Items: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or of unsatisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Reporting Faults: Please contact support@inkvision.co.uk within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the fault.

Change of Mind: For non-personalised items (e.g., a blank tumbler), you have 14 days to notify us of a return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
7. Customer-Supplied Content (Images/Text)

Copyright: By uploading an image for engraving, you warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to that image.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains imagery or text that is deemed offensive, discriminatory, or in breach of third-party trademarks.
8. Verified Reviews
In accordance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, all reviews displayed on our site are from genuine customers. We do not accept incentivised reviews without clear disclosure, and we do not delete legitimate negative reviews.
9. Limitation of Liability
Burns Group Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
