Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind."

However, if there is a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

When will I get my order?

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for Photo Slates and Tumblers placed before 1:00 PM are typically prepared and shipped the very same day.

Custom Engraving: Because our Engraved Pens and specialized metal gifts require precision setup and laser time, please allow 3 to 5 working days for these to be crafted before they are dispatched.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both "Same-Day" and "Engraved" items, they will all ship together once the engraving is complete.

Can you engrave my company logo for bulk orders?

Yes! We love working with businesses. We can engrave high-resolution logos on our pens, drinkware, and more. For orders of 10+ items, please contact us via our [Contact Page] for bulk pricing.

Can I request a completely custom design?
